1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between a9play2 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Member", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses any part of the a9play2 website and associated gaming services located at a9play2.cam ("the Site").

a9play2 operates an online gaming platform offering live casino games, sports betting markets, slots, crash games, lottery-style products, and esports wagering. All services are provided subject to these Terms, any applicable game-specific rules, and any promotional terms published on the Site from time to time.

2 Definitions

• "Account" means the individual member account created by a Player on the Site.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held within an Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to an Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and documentation verification process required to validate a Member's account.
• "Wager" means a bet or stake placed by a Member on any game or sports market available through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wager amount that must be completed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR)" means the amount wagered by Members minus the amount returned to Members as winnings.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of a9play2, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet infrastructure failures, or third-party system outages.

3 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site or creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you have read and fully understood these Terms. Your continued use of the Site following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site and, if applicable, close your Account. a9play2 reserves the right to request written or recorded confirmation of acceptance from any Member at any time.

4 Account Eligibility

4.1 Age Requirement

Membership and use of a9play2 is open only to natural persons aged 21 years or older. This minimum age applies to all Members, regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction. a9play2 enforces this requirement strictly and without exception.

4.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

a9play2 services are intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is permissible under applicable law. It is the sole responsibility of each Member to determine whether participation in online gaming is lawful in their location. a9play2 does not provide legal advice and makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction.

4.3 One Account Rule

Each individual may operate only one Account on a9play2. Operating more than one Account — whether under the same or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed, all associated bonus funds will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from duplicate accounts may be voided.

5 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services, a prospective Member must complete the a9play2 registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid email address or phone number.

Members must not register under false names or use identity details belonging to another person. a9play2 reserves the right to verify any information provided during registration at any time and to suspend or close an Account pending satisfactory verification.

Members are responsible for keeping registration details up to date. Changes to name, contact information, or financial details must be communicated to a9play2 Support without delay. Failure to maintain accurate details may delay or prevent the processing of withdrawals.

6 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any point a9play2 deems appropriate, Members will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting documentation including but not limited to:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport);
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit (e.g., bank statement showing account holder name).

a9play2 may request additional documentation where required by internal compliance procedures. Accounts where KYC cannot be completed satisfactorily may be restricted or closed, and any balance may be returned to the original deposit source in accordance with applicable financial regulations.

7 Deposits and Withdrawals

7.1 Deposits

a9play2 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via approved payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX bank transfer, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Member's own name. a9play2 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a third-party source may be returned and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by Members who have completed KYC verification and whose Account is in good standing. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the platform.

a9play2 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Withdrawal requests that cannot be completed to the original payment method may be processed via an approved alternative, at a9play2's discretion.

7.3 Fees

a9play2 does not impose withdrawal fees for standard MYR transactions. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own processing fees. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may be subject to network gas fees, which are disclosed at the time of transaction. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, will be displayed prior to confirmation.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

a9play2 offers a range of promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, VIP tier benefits, and referral commissions. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded in Bonus Funds and are not immediately withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements are met;
• Wagering requirements are calculated on Bonus Funds or combined (deposit + bonus), as specified in the individual promotion;
• a9play2 reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonus awards where abuse, irregular play patterns, or violations of these Terms are detected;
• Multiple accounts may not be used to accumulate bonuses;
• Bonuses may expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period;
• Only one promotional offer may be active per account at any time, unless a9play2 explicitly states otherwise.

Bonus terms are written in English and form part of these Terms. Members are responsible for reading and understanding the conditions of any promotion before opting in.

9 Prohibited Conduct

Members must not, directly or indirectly, engage in any of the following:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account;
• Collusion with other players, casino staff, or third parties to gain unfair advantage;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing anomalies, and failing to report them;
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Accessing the Site from a jurisdiction in which doing so is prohibited by law;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or a9play2 staff members;
• Any other conduct that a9play2 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other Members.

Violations of this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

10 Intellectual Property

All content displayed on a9play2, including but not limited to the a9play2 brand name and logo, game interfaces, page layouts, graphics, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to a9play2 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Site content without the prior written consent of a9play2 is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, a9play2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or in connection with use of the Site, including losses arising from:

• Interruptions to gaming services, system downtime, or maintenance periods;
• Loss of data, funds, or winnings attributable to events of Force Majeure;
• Unauthorised access to a Member's Account due to failure to secure login credentials;
• Errors in game results attributable to third-party game studio systems;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, or FPX.

a9play2's total liability to any Member in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the Account Balance held at the time the relevant claim arose.

12 Responsible Gambling

a9play2 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. All casino-style gambling services on this Platform are intended for adults aged 21 and above only and are provided strictly for entertainment purposes.

Members may request the following responsible gambling controls through the a9play2 Support team:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount that can be deposited;
• Loss limits — restrictions on total losses within a defined period;
• Session time limits — automatic session expiry after a defined period of play;
• Cooling-off periods — temporary account suspension lasting from 24 hours to 90 days;
• Self-exclusion — longer-term or permanent account closure at the Member's request.

13 Termination and Account Closure

a9play2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account without prior notice where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Member has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or where closure is required to comply with a legal obligation.

Members may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting a9play2 Support. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds will be returned to the Member's verified payment method, subject to completed KYC and the absence of any pending investigation.

14 Amendments to These Terms

a9play2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, a9play2 will provide reasonable notice by displaying a notification on the Site or by sending an email to the registered Member address. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Governing Language

These Terms are written and governed in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute as to meaning or interpretation.
